I just went here with my family and i was not impressed. Although the brisket sandwich i ordered was not bad everything else was. The cole slaw that came with it was terrible, also the ketchup on the tables had gone bad or something. Also, the staff was not friendly in the least. I will not be going back to this place, not when there are so many great restaurants in the area. Unless this place changes its name and is owned by someone else, i would not recommend it.

Food and service were good. Prices a little on the high side though, but reasonable. Dining area was a little loud would be the only complaint.

Great place to go with family for burgers, wraps and salads. I love their sweet potato fries. My kids love their chicken fingers and grilled cheese. All kids meals come with drink and ice cream. Friend them on facebook for more deals and insider info...like santa visits during the holiday time! Very friendly staff, nice casual ambiance.

First time there today - I had the black bean burger with sweet potato fries - excellent! Great surroundings and the staff is very friendly. I will be back!

Food is good, service is good, prices are fair, but there could be some more condiments. The owner is super nice and very personable. I will be coming back for lunch. Edit: Came back a second time and have to say the service is very personable. Two different cashiers and two very pleased visits.

$7 fish sandwich (with a piece of lettuce, a slice of tomato, and onion (raw white onion on a fish sandwich??) with ordinary fries wasn't special. Sauce on the side appeared to be heavy on the mayo. I was the only customer for 45 min.; as I left a family of 4 arrived. The lone staff member was not especially friendly or pleasant, just did her job of taking the order and collecting the money.

I think their food is tasty however I had an awful experience last night there. We ordered three meals which took thirty minutres to receive during a non peak time and when the third meal arrived it was prepared wrong. I sent it back and it took them another 15 minutes to not receive it, so I asked for my money back. My money was refunded however no apology was ever offered. Sadly, we will never return as our business was certainly not appreciated.

Just stopped by to have a traditional breakfast here. Two eggs, bacon, and toast. My colleague said it best, "The breakfast felt like it was cooked with love." I mean, seriously, everything was cooked to perfection! Everything was perfect, and on top of that, they give you a coffee mug which gives the restaurant more of a homely feel. This restaurant seemed to be the neighborhood favorite, and everyone seemed quite local. There are many different ways to order your meal. Type of meat, type of toast, how to cook your eggs, etc. I highly recommend this place, especially for breakfast.

Had a great breakfast there. Eggs work cooker perfectly and the potatoes were excellent. A generous piece of ham on my wife's plate made me a little jealous though. Kenny, the owner, is a very nice man who cares about his customers satisfaction. I've only been here a couple times but I've been very happy with what I have ordered. Also, the price is right, especially for breakfast. I like Egg Harbor but this is 2/3 the price.

First time coming here and I had a great experience. The place is clean, people are friendly, burgers are awesome, French toast was delicious and the prices aren't too bad. I personally an used to getting fries with my burger but I'm happy I tried the homemade chips. They were great and fresh. We're defiantly coming here more often for our burger needs.

Didn't actually dine in and eat, but we ordered 2 burgers and they were delicious! Order was exactly as described and out of all the places in Lake Bluff, this would be on top of the list compared to how other places make their burgers greasy. Would definitely recommend if you're craving an all american meal!

Don't get here at 7am. They didn't open the doors till 710 and they saw me outside waiting. Don't post hours if you can't stick to them!!!

Solid breakfast! Ultimate skillet was the bomb- a gut bomb! Everthing and the kitchen sink on a bed of homestyle potatoes - 4 breakfast meats, 4 eggs made to order. 4 cheeses, and 4 veggies to include green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and sautéed spinach. It was a large portion to hold you until dinner. Fast casual mom and pop throwback diner with modern flair. Order at the counter and they bring to you. Nice open air layout with large windows opens up this 40 seater. Very clean tan epoxy floors make you feel safe. The outdoor patio was a popular choice. A brick fireplace and brick wall warm up and class up the place. The 50's "Grease" mural and a handful of diecast cars on the fireplace elude to the half hatched theme which neither adds or subtracts from the experience. Staff was friendly. Sunday morning was a festive and bustling scene that was pleasantly noisy with the acoustics. Mom and pop joints don't get enough credit so this place gets a star bump to help pull it out of a 3.5 star slump that so many above average restaurants fall into (as well as below average places). It could not have been any better and could have been a lot worse! Exceeded my expectations!

I'm sure I just had a bad visit, but first impressions are everything. I went w a coworker for lunch and ordered their turkey club thinking how could anyone do wrong by a turkey club. Decided to pay $1 extra for fries, which blew my mind, but okay fine. The turkey club was terrible. Just didn't taste good at all. On top of that, I didn't get my fries I paid $1 extra. Because I took it to go, I didn't notice until I was back at work. Total bummer, especially bc what they did give me was the smallest potato salad I have ever seen and unfortunately that was pretty terrible too. The food is one thing, mainly bc my coworker liked the chicken tenders (and her fries, which she did not have to pay extra for) she ordered. The real kicker was the server-she seemed like she owned the place (literally) or at least acted like it. She was so incredibly brash. We sat down at a table to wait for our food to be ready and I'm not so sure she appreciated that. We weren't taking away from other customers eating there looking for a place to sit, even though we're still paying customers all the same. She asked if we were waiting for food. Ummmm yes, thanks. Then rolled her eyes at us. When she brought us our food, she asked what our numbers were and even though she could hardly wait for us to respond, she asked if we could've just used the same bag. Not only were we not given that option, but we didn't even expect plastic bags - and oddly enough, our jobs are all about conservation. I think her attitude may have sealed the deal. There are plenty of other places around there to go to.

Had an awesome breakfast at Graffiti Grill with my son. My omelette was perfectly cooked and he devoured his pancakes and bacon! Great, friendly, casual spot to meet friends for a hearty breakfast. Will definitely be back. It was a very easy bike ride from downtown Lake Bluff too!

I was only here once while passing through, we're not from the immediate area so I may not ever be back, that's no reflection on the restaurant though. We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon 10 minutes before closing, we didn't know and were going to leave but the lady at the register said they'd gladly make food for us. I had the baked French onion soup... Which was very good. My boyfriend and I both had burgers. I had the mushroom Swiss with tater tots. The burger was great, very juicy and cooked just as I had asked. I honestly didn't think it would be as good as it was. My boyfriend had a bacon cheeseburger I believe... He enjoyed it as well. The lady who took our order and brought us the plates was very polite and friendly. We were with a picky child who was in a foul mood. She really tried to be understanding and even brought him some homemade chips. He didn't want them, but I tried them... They were very good. He missed out I guess. If you're in the area, I'd recommend the burgers for sure.

I have been here on several occasions while visiting my husband who works in this area. While I've only had breakfast and many different ones, I LOVED them all. The food is cooked as you would make at home for the family and the service is really great. This is my go to place when im in town, many times I come alone and either watch the fireplace while reading a book. You can't go wrong with this place!

Friday off of work, hmmm breakfast?? My friend and I were starving and needed a solid breakfast before heading to the beach for the day. We stumbled upon Graffiti Grill, and boy am I glad we did! I had the veggie omelet, which was amazing! So many veggies packed into this little egg pouch. Serve it with my favorite food, potatoes and a nice orange wedge and you're ready to sun yourself. I would definitely recommend this joint, cheap, quick and delicious!

I've eaten here 3 times...mixed experience. First time went at an off hour (about 2:30 p.m.) with a friend. We ordered simple items (pulled pork and cheeseburger). There was only one other couple dining at the time. People came after us and were served before us....the wait was ridiculously long...we wanted to walk out. Second time took takeout of pulled pork sandwich. There was gristle in the sandwich and the sauce was not uniform so some meat had no sauce. Not happy with that one. Tried one more time for takeout of pulled pork. This time it was excellent! Fresh meat, sauce distributed throughout, liked the homemade chips. I think the gentleman owner was doing the food prep that day instead of his daughter....maybe that was the difference. I hope he continues doing the cooking because I like to support locally owned businesses vs. the chain restaurants.

Really great food, cooked perfectly. The black bean burger is awesome. My husband likes eating breakfast here better than anyplace in the area and he's very picky. The restaurant is super clean and the service is reliable and responsive.

Went to Graffiti grill last night with two great friends. Service was great, food was better and we had a wonderful time. Beer selection was limited, but I had a nice IPA. The special was a blackened chicken sandwich with delicious pasta salad. I couldn't have been more pleased And surprised.

When looking for a location for a baby shower, I thought about using Graffiti Grill in Lake Bluff. I have eaten there many times, the food is great, Kenny is known for his catering, and the location is convenient for people coming from all around the North Shore. Someone suggested having Kenny's daughter, Jennifer, do the catering. What a fabulous event we had. . .better than we had expected. First, we met with Jennifer who listened to our ideas and made a few suggestion. She was always available by email, phone, and text to tweak some details. The day of the shower she had her team set up the room and keep the food trays on the buffet table full. The food was incredible! Our guests commented on the incredible finger sandwiches, cheeses, and desserts. Many said that they were going back to eat with their families. Delicious, efficient, talented. Those are 3 words that sum up today. If I have another event, I know I will look no further than Graffiti Grill.

They never stick to their hours and do not update their voicemail either to reflect closing earlier or a special event. I have ended up driving there on a couple of different occasions just to find out they are closed. This is no way to run a business.

Our family is picky about good burgers, tried most places in surrounding areas. Bar none, this is one of the best burgers ever tasted! All the food is fresh, great chef, nice atmosphere, and good family spot..We are now regulars, since the LBGolf course chef&staff took over this place....:)

This place was wonderful I would definitely eat here again if I find myself in lake bluff. It was clean, cozy, the food was delicious and it wasn't too expensive like another reviewer said. For a full breakfast I paid $9. For what I got I thought that was a tremendous value. Keep up the hard work you guys!

I would love to give a higher rating, I really would. The food is very good, especially the French onion soup which is the best I've ever had outside of an actual French restaurant. I've been there twice and everything I've had has been great. The decor is also quite nice, the staff is very friendly, and the service was very good. All in all it's a nice little place. The only thing is that it's a bit expensive for this type of restaurant. The first time I was there, two sandwiches with fries and drinks, plus one bowl of soup came out to over $28, which is a bit pricey for what's essentially fast food. If the prices came down a bit I would happily give five stars, but it's just a bit overpriced to my way of thinking.

Great addition to this area with refreshing prices as well. It's really amazing what they have done with a former landscaper's office, the decor is well executed with big open front windows (great choice) and even a fireplace. I had their Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich special and aside from my ordering mistake it was very good with great portion size and good fries. They have a good variety of items and were very pleasant. Good food and a decent price in Lake Bluff? Believe it, it's true now. Not sure where the other reviewers eat but you have the most expensive hot dog stand on the planet a few doors down (can easily spend $10+ there for dogs and fries) and a lot of overpriced restaurants around it, these prices are fantastic for this area for much better food. Look forward to future visits to see how they come along.

Graffiti Grill is a very nice little place with good food, a friendly staff, a nice fireplace, clean dining room, and clean bathrooms. They've got a nice flat-screen tv above the fireplace, and they keep the volume level high enough to hear but low enough to not be intrusive. The day I stopped in, they were showing "Home Alone"(how could Kevin McCallister's family leave him behind...the little guy is resourceful though...). I had The '55 Chevy Burger with fries. It was Great. It's a very fresh, meaty, moist burger with a section of onion, fresh tomato slice, cheddar cheese, and lettuce- dark green lettuce! The French fries were very cripsy outside and fluffy-hot inside. I'm serious about the burger. It is one of the best burgers I've ever had. If you go to Graffiti Grill, checkout some of Lake County's forest preserves while you're there. Middlefork Savanna County Forest Preserve is right down the road from Graffiti Grill. I have only eaten here just once. It's a long way from the North Side of Chicago...

I go to lunch with co-workers on occasion for lunch. Nice clean place, fun classic car theme and not over packed/loud. The best deal is the Graffiti Dog.

Graffiti Grill serves up delightful burgers in a fun, casual atmosphere. Pressed for time, my husband and I wanted to avoid a fast food chain and found Graffiti Grill to be a great option. We loved how quick, yummy and reasonably priced everything was. The burgers were huge, fresh, and cooked to perfection. It's a cozy place that is family friendly. We look forward to going back with the little ones soon.

Just picked up lunch, got the turkey cruise; one word YUM. Who new a turkey sandwich could be this good. I have had the burger, ribs and salads and have never been disappointed. My kids enjoy their menu choices too. It is nice to have a LB restaurant that is this consistent. Keep up the good work!
